Take Control System goes LIVE!
It was over 9 years ago that the idea first came into my mind for what has now become the Take Control System. There were many twists and turns and in December of 2014 we almost launched when I had the inspiration to turn the whole thing I was creating around. With the help of Jennifer Merkel, I scrapped most of what I had started with, regrouped and went to work creating what is live today for the first time ever. Check out my announcement from this morning…
So what the heck is it!!!
All this chatter and I haven’t even told you what IT is. For starters, go to TakeControlSystem.com to get all the details. Here, I will share a bit more of my heart and why this is so completely huge.
There are MANY resources out there that will explain HOW to declutter. There are a few great books on WHY to declutter. But the bottom line is, it’s really not about the clutter. The clutter is often a symptom. So, without getting to the root cause and understanding what is going on then it is hard to make real and lasting change. But that is what we are all looking for, right? We want to make efforts and spend our time on improving our lives. Not just becoming more stressed, frustrated and overwhelmed.
So, what the Take Control System is is a 10 step methodology for identifying what is going on and what your strengths are, learning to set goals, creating an organizing system, learning about challenges and how to overcome them and creating habits for lasting change. It is everything, start to finish, that you need to get organized and to stay organized. But, it is also more. It is a complete support system where you will not only learn and apply knowledge but also have the guidance of a coach or organizer to walk you through the process and do the work with you. AND, you will have the support of a community of individuals JUST LIKE YOU who understand what you are going through because they are doing it to. How awesome is that?!?
This system and me sharing with you is my, ‘What I was put on this planet to do.’ All along the way in working on this project, doors opened before me to provide just what I needed when I needed it. For those who know me, talking about myself is not a strength, however, this time, if I were to be shy to withhold the gift I was given to share; I would be selfish and that is not ok with me.
I look forward to getting to know you. I look forward to hearing about your journey and I thank you for listening to a little bit of mine.
